Abhyanga (Massage) 

The nurturing and energising touch of an Ayurvedic massage is a truly unique experience. Working with 107 Marma or energy points of the body and a personalised blend of strokes to suit your Ayurvedic constitution this traditional massage gently nourishes your tissues, encourages energy flow and improves circulation.

This powerful therapeutic treatment includes:

• a full body massage using deliciously warm, herb infused oils selected to suit your Ayurvedic constitution that will provide you with many lasting benefits,
• a face massage using the beautiful Rasasara Skin food range that will delight your senses and, 
• an energising  head massage using Brahmi Oil to calm and nourish the mind and 
• finishes with a relaxing cup of herbal tea with Mary before you venture back into the world.  

This complete experience will restore your Body, Mind and Spirit to a state of balance. 

In accordance with Ayurvedic tradition Mary provides full body massages for female clients only. It is important also to ensure that your appointment does not coincide with the first three days of your menstrual cycle. See Your Monthly Cycle for more information.
