Abhyanga (Massage) 

The nurturing and energising touch of an Ayurvedic massage is a truly unique experience. This traditional massage incorporates opening 107 Marma or energy points of the body using a personalised blend of strokes to suit your Ayurvedic constitution. Working to gently nourishes your tissues, encourage energy flow and improve circulation this powerful therapeutic treatment includes:

• a full body massage using deliciously warm, herb infused oils selected to suit your Ayurvedic constitution. Moving thru the tissues directly into the bloodstream the herb infused oils provide lasting therapeutic benefits,
• a face massage using the beautiful Rasasara Skin food range that will delight your senses, 
• an energising  head massage using Brahmi Oil to calm and nourish the mind and 
• finishes with a relaxing cup of herbal tea before you venture back into the world.  

This complete experience is both restorative and energising to your Body, Mind and Spirit. 

In accordance with Ayurvedic tradition Mary provides full body massages for female clients only. It is also important to ensure that your appointment does not coincide with the first three days of your menstrual cycle. See Your Monthly Cycle for more information.
