After many years of juggling multiple roles as a mother, wife, manager and student I am passionate about supporting women in creating and sustaining a balanced, healthy life for themselves and those they care for. My approach to women's health is primarily based on the teachings of Sri Swamini Mayatitananda, (formerly known as Maya Tiwari).

Raised in a traditional Indian family Maya finished her schooling in New York and in her early twenties became a recognised fashion designer. Her subsequent journey of terminal ovarian cancer led her to become a vedic monk and establish the Wise Earth School of Ayurveda in North Carolina and Mother Om Mission in India. Affectionately known as Mother Maya, Swamini seeks to educate women around the world in recognising their creative energy to nourish, nurture and heal.
