Our Philosophy
The theme of our Ayurveda & Yoga Lifestyle retreats is Living with Awareness and our intention for you is two-fold.
One is to provide you with the unique opportunity to explore the philosophy of these sister sciences and practice simple, enjoyable lifestyle tools that will enhance your health and wellbeing. We want you to go home feeling healthier and happier and empowered to bring these simple tools into your life in a way that will work for you.
The second recognises the busyness of daily life and we want to give you a truly nurturing and nourishing experience. This is time out for you to relax and rejuvenate in a truly sacred space with great food and good company.
"Life-changing, informative, practical and nurturing" Liz, May 2008
"I am just very grateful - to have arrived here in a state of physical 'burn-out' and to leave refreshed and hopeful again is a wonderful thing" Robyn, Oct 2008
"It was a perfect opportunity to bond with like-minded people and it's a break away that you could go on by yourself & be alone, but not alone. You'll come away feeling you know yourself a lot better" Gina, March 2009
"I am leaving feeling well rested, clean on the inside as well as outside. Well fed but lighter - can't wait to get on my scales. The yoga was great - I feel looser, physically, mentally & emotionally" Lola, Oct 2009
"Enlightening & refreshing and grateful for the caring & sharing" Geoffrey, Nov 2009
