Vastu Shastra Workshop:
10 & 11 August 2013
Vastu Shastra is the great-great-grandfather of Feng Shui and literally translates as the Science of Dwellings. You can think of it as Yoga for your home and Ayurveda for your environment.
Simply put, Vastu Shastra shows us how to easily create homes that foster happiness and wellbeing for those living in them.
I am fascinated by Vastu and have done my best to set up my clinic space and home based on its principles. I am, however, aware that a book is a poor substitute for a good teacher. Luckily, there is a teacher not too far away.
Anthony Ashworth is considered to be the Southern Hemisphere’s foremost Vastu Shastra expert. I first met Anthony in 2007 when he spoke at an International Ayurveda & Yoga Conference. More recently, I attended one of his workshops in Sydney and asked if he would be interested in running a workshop in Newcastle and he said yes.
The workshop is very practical. and participants will gain a solid, general knowledge of Vastu Shastra and be able to apply the core principles in their own environments and homes.
This is a unique opportunity for Newcastle. If you know of any organisation or person who may also be interested, please forward them the details.
