Ananda Veda wants every visit to be a nourishing and nurturing experience. Your appointment is allocated to ensure you don’t feel rushed and allows for time to touch base before starting and afterwards to enjoy a relaxing cup of herbal tea with Mary before you venture back into the world.

A unique and integral aspect of all Ananda Veda treatments is the use of herb-infused oils prepared in accordance with traditional Ayurvedic formulas that are selected to suit your Ayurvedic constitution and current health needs. Additionally, our oils are heated for all treatments using only pure beeswax candles to ensure that the energetic integrity of the oils is maintained and to help preserve our environment.

Discounted prices for a series of treatment are provided where it is possible to use the oil for more than one treatment. At the completion of the treatment or treatment series you will be given the remaining oil which can be used for your self-massage at home.
