Mary Woolley, Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant

As an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, Mary's aim is to help you feel healthier and happier by restoring balance in all aspects of your life – Body, Mind and Spirit. She will help you understand your unique Ayurvedic constitution and provide simple nutrition and lifestyle suggestions, herbal preparations, treatments and emotional support to help you rebalance and rejuvenate at all levels.

Mary's holistic approach blends the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with her own life skills and experience to support and guide people towards their optimum health and wellbeing - in a way that works for them. Based on her own life experience she understands how elusive a ‘balanced life’ can be. Over the last 30 years she has juggled multiple roles as a wife, mother of three and now a grandmother, an ongoing student, 20 years as a senior manager in a variety of large community service organisations and is now running her own busy practice. Using her experience Mary has developed strategies that enable her to maintain balance that incorporate the practicalities of life, and can help you do the same.

Since becoming a student of Ayurveda in 1998 Mary has completed studies with Dr. Ajit through the Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies (AIAS) and subsequent workshops, seminars and clinics with a variety of Indian and Western teachers including Dr Smita Naram, Guru Balachandran Nair, Dr Shaun Matthews, Farida Irani and Robert Sveboda.
